Tidjane Thiam, a former Credit Suisse CEO, received a come-unanimous vote to bid the Democratic Occasion of Ivory Hover in an upcoming presidential election, the birthday party announced.
Thiam received ninety nine.5% of the vote and ran unopposed for the nomination. He’s the present president of the birthday party. He previously resigned from his blueprint as CEO of Credit Suisse after an organization espionage scandal rocked the corporate. An external document chanced on that Thiam had no data of the espionage.
It is now now not known who will flee against him, but the present president, Alassane Ouattara, has indicated that he might perhaps well well furthermore flee again. Ouattara received in 2020 after a disputed election left dozens ineffective and opposition candidates boycotted the election.
Ivory Hover is determined to withhold the vote in October.
